In addition to the accommodation cost, there is an entry fee of SF 100 (Swiss francs) per person which will be charged by the WBF to the participants NBO after the Camp, if it is not paid on site. There are no other costs involved, apart from the usual personal ones. Naturally, participants must make and pay for their own travel arrangements, either directly or through their NBO. Entries should be made through the NBOs and Zones, not directly to the WBF by interested individuals. NBOs should apply to the WBF Youth Committee by completing and returning the appropriate form no later than 15 May 1999. A maximum of 250 Juniors will be admitted to the Camp. Since there are usually great variations in the number of entries, and taking into account a number of realistic considerations, a temporary limit is set as follows:
If, after the deadline of 15 May 1999, there are still some vacancies, the above limits will be raised. As the result of their nationals winning the 1997 WBF Youth Awards, Denmark, The Netherlands, Norway and USA are entitled to one free place in the 1999 Camp. |
