• Format

The Championship will be played in four sessions. There will be no eliminations.

Scoring is by match points across the field, barometer style, whereby running scores are posted during play, every few rounds.

Computer dealt hands and bid boxes will be used. There will be no screens.

 • Prizes

The winner will receive the WBF Junior Trophy (to keep until the next event) as well as a replica.
Silver Prizes will be awarded to the next six players of the final classification, as well as to the best three players born in 1984 or later. Gifts will be given to the top fifteen players of the competition.
Master Points will be awarded in accordance with the WBF Master Points plan.
