| The
1998 World Bridge Championships
will be held in Lille, France,
from 21 August to 4 September 1998.
The Championships comprise the prestigious Rosenblum
Cup, the knockout open team event, the McConnell
Cup (the equivalent for women), the World
Open Pairs Championship, the World
Women Pairs Championship, the World
Mixed Pairs, the Junior Triathlon,
the World Senior Pairs and Teams
Championships, as well as many other important side
tournaments.
