Hammamet:
the destination of choice for holiday makers | Tunisia, the most relaxed North African
country, its head in the Mediterranean and its feet in the Sahara, over 3,000
years of glamorous history, only two hours by plane to the major European
capitals. In addition to all facilities you would expect in any top hotel, there
is a Thalassotherapy centre. For those unfamiliar with thalassotherapy, it is
the use of heated seawater or mud packs for both prevention and cure of medical
conditions. There is a wide range of sporting facilities either in or nearby the
resort, and along with the standard activities such as tennis, golf and
swimming, you can try your hand at camel-riding. There is even a casino nearby.
Add beautiful weather and sensible prices and Hammamet
offers a superb setting for our Championships and something for everyone. We
hope to see you there!
