Chagas and Levit-Porat Head Rankings

Two excellent sets by Gabriel Chagas saw him overtake Piotr Gawrys and open a gap of almost two tops going in the last 24 boards of the Mens. Gawrys and Michel Bessis are tied for second place. In the Women's event, Ruth Levit-Porat has a lead of just over two tops entering the final session. Sue Picus of the USA lies second, and in third place the name of Veronique Bessis gives rise to the possibility that the Bessis family will collect two medals later today.
