Teams for the Bermuda Bowl

  • Zone 1 (Europe - 6 teams): The 6 teams from Europe have qualified through the 2014 European Teams Championships:
    England; Poland; Bulgaria, Sweden, Denmark & France
  • Zone 2 (ACBL - 3 teams): 2 teams will qualify from the USA through the USBF Open trials held from 8th - 17th May, with the third team coming from either Canada or Mexico following the Canadian Championships being held from 23rd - 30th May

  • Zone 3 (South America– 2 teams) : The Zonal Championships were held  from 10th - 17th May 2015 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
    The qualified teams are Brazil and Argentina

  • Zone 4 (BFAME – 2 teams + the host team of India) : the Zonal Championships were in Amman, Jordan from 27th May - 3rd June 2015
    Jordan and United Arab Emirates qualified to join India

  • Zone 5 (CAC - 1 team) : The Zonal Championships was held from 15th - 23rd May 2015 in Barbados
    The qualified team is Guadeloupe

  • Zone 6 (Pacific Asia- 3 teams) : The Zonal Championships were held in Bangkok, Thailand from 21st - 31st May
    The qualified teams are China, Japan & Singapore

  • Zone 7 (South Pacific – 2 teams) : The teams will qualfied during the Zone 6 Championships were Australia and New Zealand

  • Zone 8 (Africa – 2 teams) : The Zonal Championships were held in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt from 8th - 13th May. The qualified teams are Egypt and South Africa

Teams for the Venice Cup

  • Zone 1 (Europe - 6 teams): The 6 teams from Europe have qualified through the 2014 European Teams Championships:
    Netherlands; England; France; Italy; Poland and Denmark
  • Zone 2 (USA - 3 teams): 2 teams will qualify from the USA through the USBF trials held from 12th - 18th April, with the third team coming from either Canada or Mexico following the Canadian Championships being held from 23rd - 30th May

  • Zone 3 (South America– 2 teams) : The Zonal Championships were held  from 10th - 17th May 2015 in Buenos Aires, Argentina 
    The teams qualified for the Venice Cup are Brazil and Venezuela

Teams for the d'Orsi Seniors Trophy

  • Zone 1 (Europe - 6 teams): The 6 teams from Europe have qualified through the 2014 European Teams Championships:
    England; Sweden; Poland; Austria; Norway and Bulgaria. Sweden replaced Sri Lanka so on this occasion there is an additonal European team
  • Zone 2 (USA - 3 teams): 2 teams qualified from the ACBL through the USBF Senior trials held from 5th - 13th June, with the third team coming from Canada

  • Zone 3 (South America– 2 teams) : The Zonal Championship was held from 10th - 17th May in Buenos Aires, Argentina 
    The teams qualifying for the d'Orsi Seniors Trophy are Argentina and Brazil

  • Zone 4 (BFAME – 2 teams + the host team of India) : Pakistan and Sri Lanka qualified but Sri Lanka withdrew and Sweden was invited to replace them when another Zone 4 team was unable to take up the berth.
  • Zone 5 (CAC - 1 team) : The Zonal Championships were held from 15th - 23rd May 2015 in Barbados
    The qualifying team is Guadeloupe
